If you missed the Lavaux Walk & Wine event on Saturday, 15 June picture this: fifteen INSEAD Alumni from India, England, France, Turkey, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Germany, and beyond, gathered for a guided tour through the stunning, UNESCO-listed vineyards of Lavaux.
The day was perfect, with the sun shining, a fresh wind, and Lake Geneva sparkling beside us. Thanks to our tour guides from “Patrimoine Lavaux,” we learned about the geology, history, and development of this incredible region, making our way through the scenic terraces with breathtaking views.
After the walk, we were able to refresh ourselves at the Domaine de la Crausaz in Grandvaux for a wine tasting and apéro. We enjoyed delicious Swiss wines and engaged in lively conversations, each sip and laugh bringing us closer, and we all left with a deeper appreciation for Lavaux wines.
The Lavaux Walk & Wine event wasn’t just an outing: it was a reminder of the joy of being part of the INSEAD alumni community. If you couldn’t make it this time, don’t worry—there are plenty more adventures to come.
