Dear Alumni,
You are invited to a Roundtable on New Business Models in Healthcare, organized in collaboration with the EPFL Alumni.

New Business Models in Healthcare Roundtable, EPFL, Lausanne
Friday 14 September, 2023

E-health is booming thanks to recent technological advances driven by the availability of fast, reliable, and ubiquitous communication networks, as well as by the development of new algorithmic approaches. At the same time there is growing awareness of the need for virtual solutions to help tackle the explosive rise in healthcare costs, particularly after the Covid-19 pandemic.

While all the elements necessary to accelerate this transition are present, companies are still struggling to identify the ideal business model. How can they monetise new services and the data they have collected? What type of relationship should they establish with patients users/customers? How can they integrate these changes into existing workflows while making them more effective and efficient?

We will be discussing these and other questions with experts from established e-health companies, innovative startups, and VC firms investing in the companies of tomorrow.
