Welcome to an interactive session to explore how A.I. affects us as human beings, and how we consequently can adapt how we lead and manage change & transformation associated to A.I adoption.
How do we face up to and lead change and transformation in an A.I.-inhabited world?

This session will give you an insight into a different approach to change and organizational transformation, compared to conventional Leadership & Management theory. The session is inspired by the theories and tools on which the INSEAD’s Executive Master in Change program is based.

Building on systems dynamics as well as individual and group psychology, we’ll take a dive into our emotional relationship with A.I., its early adoption and deployment at work and in our personal lives. Be prepared to encounter, and perhaps add to your leadership repertoire, concepts such as the collective unconscious, social defenses, or the organization in the mind.
