An INSEAD Alumni Aperitif at the Montreux Jazz Festival Finale!

Join your fellow INSEAD alumni for a delightful Canadian buffet-style aperitif, graciously hosted by Voytek and his wife Ania in their stunning garden overlooking Montreux and discover one of the oldest funicular in Switzerland between Territet and Glion. Enjoy a beautiful sunset view as we celebrate the last day of the Festival.

Please bring a dish and a bottle of wine or drink to share. Disposable plates, cutlery and cups as well as corkscrews will be provided.
This event is free, but registration is required as we can only accommodate up to 30 guests with a deadline for the event on 18 July (ticketing closes 48h before the event).

Programme

17:00-17:35 Arrival at the Collonge funicular station

From there, we will walk in groups to Voytek and Ania’s house.
There is a direct train from Lausanne at 16:27 (or from Montreux at 16:57) arriving at Territet at 16:59. Additionally, there are multiple trains and buses (bus 201 runs from Vevey to Villeneuve via Montreux/Territet).

Upon arrival at the funicular station, you will be guided to Voytek and Ania’s house who will welcome us in their garden. The recommended option is to park your car at the Montreux train station as parking near the Territet train station or funicular station is limited.

Access:

By train: Territet train station followed by a short walk to Territet funicular station.

After a short ride uphill to the Collonge funicular station, followed by a short walk up to the house (5 minutes)

A 14-minute walk (64m uphill) from the Territet funicular station is also an option for those who suffer vertigo.

By car: Parking nearTerritet train station is limited so we suggest you park your car at Montreux train station, take the train to Territet train station followed by the funicular to Collonge funicular station

Tips:                                                                                         

• Bring food which can be served cold or easily warmed up on site.

• Be on time. There will be a few guided tours up to Voytek & Ania’s house between 17:00 and 17:35

Where: Arrival and Departure Details:

• Arrival: Please arrive between 17:00 and 17:35 at the Collonge funicular station (Funiculaire Territet – Glion). From there, you will be guided to Voytek and Ania’s house. There is a ride every 15 minutes.

• Departure: We will return to Territet with the funicular. 

What to Bring:

• One dish for the aperitif

• One bottle of wine or other drinks per person
