An informal dinner conversation with Tayma Khalil, COO Labatec Pharma, about the First 100 Days in the C-Suite – dos and don’ts. Tayma will share her insights first from her current experience. Tayma Khalil Chief Operating Officer Labatec Pharma Tayma Khalil (MBA ‘11J) is an accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in strategic operations and corporate growth within the pharmaceutical, technology, and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Labatec Pharma SA in Switzerland, Tayma drives the company’s strategic planning, revenue growth initiatives, and operational efficiencies across multiple divisions.
