Sammy Rashed Principal at SRCD Co-founder The Beyond Group AG A strategic advisor and executive coach with nearly 30 years’ experience in senior management in various industries, Sammy’s focus is on helping individuals and organisations strategise, crystalise, and realise their unique contribution. His experience spans project management, productivity, strategy, and personal development. A career intrapreneur, he created each of his positions at Novartis Pharma and Merck & Co. before co-founding The Beyond Group AG and SRCD in Switzerland. He has headed organizations in Canada, Europe, and globally across all regions, not only driving the strategy and leading transformation programs for his function, but also becoming recognized as high-impact coach and mentor, as well as a thought leader on personal and professional development. He holds a degree in Architecture, an executive MBA from UQAM, and serve as Corporate Partner Research & Education with the Technical University of Dortmund. |
