Dear Alumni,
You’re invited to an interactive evening in Lugano with the author of a proven and pragmatic model for taking control of career decisions and helping individuals create their unique program of career management and growth. Learn more about the journey towards personal and professional fulfilment.

The future of work: 12 steps to achieve a fulfilling career – and grow in the process.
November 7, 2019
Are you feeling the pressure of today’s fast changing environments, the rise of digital, its threats and opportunities, and the disappearance of the life-long job?  Do you feel that you are being challenged to operate differently and be more agile in order to stay relevant and keep your career on track?
Professionals today are facing a perfect storm when it comes to building and sustaining a fulfilling career while at the same balancing private life and personal renewal. This requires deliberately designing and implementing a program for long-term professional development and satisfaction.
Join us for an interactive session targeted to individuals who:

  • Wish to learn how to leverage the changes in the work landscape

  • Seek to evolve from a generic role to their own unique personal brand

  • Learn how to better position themselves by applying core elements of corporate strategy to individual careers;

  • Ensure you can find answers to common mid-career questions, and help make the decisions that result in professional fulfilment;

  • Want to take control of their professional destiny, building on their acquired assets and create compelling opportunities for themselves that support their aspirations

Whichever direction one takes, be it employee, intrapreneur, or entrepreneur, the most proven way is to understand strengths and build on them.  By having a clear purpose, leveraging assets, developing, and deploying a personal brand, it is possible to be both grounded and open to a wider range of options and crafting a fulfilling future.
